About Us: Profit Pixel is a performance-first Ecommerce Marketing Agency based in Gurgaon. We don’t just /"run ads/"—we build profit engines for D2C brands. We believe that in the current ad landscape, the creative is the targeting. We are looking for a strategist who can bridge the gap between cold data and high-converting visual storytelling.Job Description: As a Creative Strategist, you are the bridge between the Media Buying team and the Design/Video team. You won't necessarily be opening Photoshop or Premiere Pro, but you will be the /"brain/" behind what gets designed. You will analyze ad performance, identify why a creative failed or hooked an audience, and ship new /"creative experiments/" every week.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Research & IdeationPerform /"Creative Audits/" for our D2C brands (Lozanaa, My Kids Wall, etc.) and their competitors.Scrutinize the Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and YouTube to find winning formats (hooks, transitions, and value props).Develop Creative Briefs that give clear direction to editors and designers (scripts, visual cues, and text overlays).Data-Driven IterationCollaborate with the Performance Marketing team to analyze metrics: Thumb-stop Ratio (3s Hook), Hold Rate, and Outbound CTR.Identify /"Winners/" and /"Losers./" If a video is working, you'll figure out how to iterate (e.g., /"The hook worked, but the CTA failed—let’s swap the ending/").Run structured A/B tests on static vs. video, UGC vs. Studio, and different emotional angles.Scriptwriting & StoryboardingWrite high-converting scripts for UGC (User Generated Content) creators and motion graphics.Focus on psychological triggers: problem/solution, social proof, /"us vs. them,/" and educational /"edutainment./"Requirements1–3 years of experience in a Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, or Social Media role (Agency experience is a massive plus).Obsession with D2C: You should be a student of marketing and understand why people buy products online.Analytical Mindset: You must be comfortable looking at a Meta/Google Ads dashboard to see which creative is actually driving revenue.Master of /"The Hook/": You understand the first 3 seconds of a video determine its success.Communication: Ability to explain a vision to a video editor so they get it right on the first or second draft.Bonus Skills:Experience with tools like Motion App or Foreplay.co.Basic knowledge of AI tools for creative (Midjourney, ChatGPT for scripts).Understanding of Shopify landing pages and how the ad creative connects to the site.This Role Is NOT For You If:You think /"pretty/" design is more important than /"high-converting/" design.You are a pure /"Art Director/" who doesn't like looking at spreadsheets or ROAS.You need a month to come up with one idea (we move fast, we test weekly).All the best :) Nishant Agrawal Founder, Profit Pixel
