Presentation DesignerExperience Level: 2–5 yearsLocation - RemoteRole Overview:We’re looking for a PPT Expert — a smart, skilled designer who can turn complex ideas into crisp, visually striking presentations at lightning speed.You’ll collaboratewith our Presales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to create high-impact decks that win clients, communicate strategy, and elevate our brand narrativeKey Responsibilities:Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint decks for presales, client pitches, and marketing presentations.Translate raw content into clear, visually engaging stories.Maintain brand consistency across all presentations and visual collaterals.Work under tight deadlines while ensuring top-notch output.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create infographics, visual assets, and templates.Continuously improve and standardize slide libraries for faster turnaround.What you will do?Client Presentations & ReportsDesign high-impact client presentations, pitch decks, and reports that are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.Cross-Team Visual CollaborationCollaborate with strategy, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into clear, concise, and elegant visuals.Feedback-Driven IterationIterate based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet high-quality standards.Requirements:Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing pitch decks, marketing presentations, or sales enablement collaterals.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.Ability to think fast, iterate quickly, and maintain high visual standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with motion graphics, web design, or UI/UX is a plus.Software Knowledge Required• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).• Bonus: Experience with Figma or Canva for asset design.Nice to Have:Experience working in fast-paced agency or client-facing environments.Ability to manage multiple design requests with tight timelines.Think you're the one?
