Our platforms help specialty pharma use AI and digital techniques to better micro-target physicians and execute campaigns.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven AI Recruitment & Admin Specialist with strong hiring expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of managing end-to-end hiring for Technical and Non-Technical roles and close atleast 3 closures per month, and willing to support HR & Admin activities from the office.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (70–80%)Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technical and Non-Technical positionsUnderstand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managersSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channelsConduct initial screening and telephonic interviewsSchedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panelsPerform cold calling and proactive candidate outreachMaintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closuresBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelineHR & Admin Activities (20–30%)Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities from the officeAssist in employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and records managementCoordinate internal communication and office-related activitiesSupport HR operations as and when requiredRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sourcing, screening, and coordination abilitiesConfident in cold calling and candidate engagementGood soft skills with a professional and positive attitudeAbility to multitask and work independentlyComfortable with work-from-office environmentEducational QualificationBachelor’s Degree in any discipline or relevant fieldMinimum 70% or above throughout academic backgroundExperience Required2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & HR/Admin functionsWhy Join Us?Fast-growing organization with learning opportunitiesExposure to both Technical and Non-Technical hiringProfessional work environmentOpportunity to enhance HR & recruitment expertise
