JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:The Assistant Manager – Secretarial (AM-S) will report to the Vice President and provide comprehensive support to the Secretarial Team in secretarial, governance, and compliance functions across the organisation. The post-holder shall ensure regulatory compliance, maintain proper documentation, and assist in organising the meetings of the Trustees.Key Responsibilities:(1) Assist in the preparation of draft Notices, Agenda, and Minutes of Trustees’ Meetings;(2) Prepare and maintain all necessary documents, registers, and records;(3) Maintain and update status trackers of all activities;(4) Ensure timely regulatory and statutory filings;(5) Coordinate with internal teams to collect and collate relevant data for Agenda Notes;(6) Liaise with EAs/PAs of Trustees, auditors, vendors, and consultants as required;(7) Monitor regulatory updates to ensure timely compliance;(8) Perform any other related secretarial and compliance tasks as required.4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:Qualifications Applicants must be qualified Company Secretary (CS) or Inter-CS.Experience Applicants must have around five years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance functions.Skills and Competencies (1) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation;(2) Strong written and verbal communication skills;(3) Well-organized with time management and multitasking abilities;(4) Knowledge of corporate governance and statutory compliance;(5) Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently;(6) Good interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders;(7) Proficient in MS Office and document management;(8) Discreet and able to handle confidential information.5.
