About the roleMarwadi University is building a national, culture-forward education brand.We are looking for a Brand Strategist who thinks in narratives, perception, and long-term meaning, not just campaigns or taglines.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Positioning Define and continuously refine Marwadi University’s core positioning across audiences (students, parents, industry, regulators).Articulate what MU stands for, what it doesn’t, and why it matters nationally.Ensure all major communications reinforce a single, coherent narrative.Messaging ArchitectureCreate messaging frameworks for different audiences and contexts.Build and maintain tone-of-voice guidelinesEnsure consistency of language across:CampaignsWebsite & brochuresLeadership communicationEvent narrativesStrategic Input into Campaigns & LaunchesPartner with Creative and Content teams to shape the strategic intent of campaigns before execution begins.Define campaign objectives, insights, and success criteria.Brand Governance & ConsistencyAct as the brand conscience of the organisation.Review key materials and flag misalignment or dilution early.Build simple brand playbook that enables clarity.
