The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle, along with proven experience in payroll and HR system integrations within a global enterprise environment.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle, preferably Oracle HCM.Proven experience integrating Oracle HR as the system of record with ADP GlobalView.Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in a global environment.Experience leading or supporting complex HR/payroll integration projects.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead discussions with cross-functional teams.
