The Human Resources Generalist will oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, onboarding new employees, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The role also involves addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesExperience with HR Management and implementation of HR policiesKnowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration policiesStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityKnowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in an HR Generalist role or similar position is preferred
