Job Description:
Role Overview We are looking to hire a Point of Contact (POC) who will act as the single communication bridge between our company and our licensed restaurant operations. While the restaurant will have a full internal team including an Operations Manager, this role is critical for coordination, reporting, client servicing, basic sales support, and issue resolution.This role is suitable for a fresher or early-career professional with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong follow-up ability.Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the restaurant management team Ensure smooth communication of expectations, updates, and deliverables Handle day-to-day coordination and escalate critical issues to the MD when required2. Business & Sales Coordination Support sales-related discussions, menu promotions, pricing alignment, and commercial conversations Assist in negotiating operational or commercial terms under guidance Maintain relationships to ensure long-term partnership success3. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports related to: Sales summaries Operational updates Issues and resolutions Accounts-related Maintain structured records, trackers, and MIS using Excel4. Performance Monitoring Track agreed KPIs such as: Sales performance Service quality indicators Compliance with licensing terms Share insights and improvement suggestions with internal leadership5. Internal Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (finance, marketing, leadership) as required Ensure timely sharing of data, approvals, and updates Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Good negotiation and persuasion ability Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, sheets, trackers) High ownership, follow-ups, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Business / Management preferred but not mandatory)Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in: Client servicing Sales coordination Hospitality or retail operationsPersonality & Traits Confident and professional communicator Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders Organized and process-driven Willing to learn and grow with the business Why This Role Matters High visibility role working directly with the MD Exposure to restaurant operations, licensing, and commercial management Opportunity to grow into business, operations, or account management roles
