Key responsibilitiesSupport an ongoing migration to GCVE (VMware on Google Cloud Platform) Focused on Illumio-based micro segmentation, covering traffic analysis, policy implementation, and migration of existing segmented workloads from on‑prem colocation environments Hands-on configuration of compute instances, network flows, and VMware load balancing, including creation of required connectors Delivery-focused role requiring immediate effectiveness with minimal oversightStrong hands-on experience with Illumio or similar microsegmentation technologies Solid network and security engineering background in VMware-based environments Experience supporting cloud or hybrid cloud migrations Comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced migration programmesExpected behavioursWe have a structured performance management framework which measures continual attainment against key personal behaviours.
