Job Title: Civil Engineer – Solar Projects No. of Positions: 1 Location: Rajkot Department: Projects / Solar EPC Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Civil Engineer to join our Solar Project team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising all civil-related activities for solar power projects, including structure foundations, site layout, and execution as per design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all civil work activities related to solar plant projects (foundations, cable trenches, inverter rooms, control rooms, boundary walls, etc.). Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements for project sites. Review and interpret structural and layout drawings for solar installations. Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with design teams, electrical engineers, contractors, and clients for project execution. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety on a daily basis. Supervise foundation casting, module mounting, structure erection, and related civil works. Maintain site reports, work progress updates, and documentation for project management. Ensure timely completion of civil work within budget and schedule. Qualification & Experience: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in civil works for solar or power projects (ground-mounted / rooftop). Good knowledge of structural drawings, layout planning, and civil construction standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting tools preferred. Key Skills: Strong technical understanding of solar civil design and execution. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Working Conditions: Full-time, site-based role. Willingness to travel or relocate based on project sites.
