We are hiring - Tele-calling Supervisor-Flows (Credit Cards) for Rajkot !!! Job Purpose: Manage and deliver optimum performance in terms of resolution and rollback. Effective utilization of inhouse callers/field officers and field resources Job Responsibilities(JR) : Receivables Management: Follow up on strategies of in-house tele calling and field for the portfolio managed. To derive optimum efficiency from team members through appropriate allocation strategies; effective load balancing for both in-house and agency; utilization of Banks tools ie Collections Systems; Dialers etc and effective use of the data provided from the Dialer team, MIS team etc. For improving productivity. Vendor Management, People Management, Process Management. Educational Qualifications : Preferably MBA, Any Graduate can apply Key Skills if any- Preferably MBA, minimum Graduate with more than 5 years of team leading and Collection experience across various industries like banking, NBFC.
