Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all reporting across SQL and Tableau, analyze our MSSQL database, and generate insightful reports. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Head of Data to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data. Manage and execute SQL-based reports and Tableau dashboards. Define, track, and maintain KPIs aligned with business goals. Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple teams. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Must have Strong SQL skills with experience in MSSQL databases. Must have Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports. Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in the relevant Field Ability to define and track KPIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
