Export Manager

We are hiring an experienced Manager – Exports to drive international market expansion for our submersible pumps, motors, and agricultural equipment portfolio. This role will focus on identifying and developing new markets, building long-term global client relationships, generating high-quality leads, closing sales, and ensuring sustainable business growth across multiple countries. About the Role A dynamic professional with a proven track record in global sales is sought to strengthen our Export division. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new international markets for company products. Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and successful sales closures. Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct overseas business trips for client meetings, exhibitions, and market research. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Monitor export documentation, compliance, and logistics. Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of proven export experience in submersible pumps or uPVC pipes. Demonstrated track record of achieving export sales targets. Required Skills Strong international sales acumen and negotiation skills. Proactive, confident, and adept at relationship building. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability and willingness to travel extensively abroad. Sound understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, or relevant field (preferred).
