Hiring for Control Room Operator for Kirandul location.Exp - 2 to 6 years Qualifications - BE/B. Tech - Mechanical/MetallurgyPreferred candidates from Chhattisgarh.Functional skills: Operational knowledge on Ball mills, HGMS, spirals, thickeners, pumps, conveyors, Hands-on experience with DCS/SCADA systems and ISO QMS, EMS systemsResponsibilities - ▪ To monitor/control operation parameters of Process Equipment. ▪ Interaction with RMH team to ensure optimum feeds and receipts. ▪ Coordination with Shift In-Charge & field team to ensure smooth operations to achieve day wise production targets ensuring Safety of Employee and Machinery. Process Monitoring ▪ Utilize Distributed Control System (DCS) and other control systems to monitor key parameters, including material flow rates, density, pressure for smooth shift operations. ▪ Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, coming up with analysis to address the deviations. Continuous Improvement ▪ Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, energy consumption, and product quality. ▪ Propose innovative solutions to optimize the beneficiation process and reduce costs. Safety and Compliance ▪ Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the plant operates in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. ▪ Understand safety golden rules, fatality preventions standards, work permit system. ▪ Actively participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and emergency response drills.Eligible & Interested candidates can share their resumes with m.tulasi@
