Estimation, Planning ▪ Prepare cost estimates, resource plans, and schedules for mechanical works; monitor progress against project milestones; optimize manpower and material utilization. Health, Safety & Environment ▪ Ensure compliance with HSE standards; conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and audits; promote a safety-first culture among teams and contractors.
