RoleOperation In charge UnitLocationRaipurPurpose - Why does this role exist?Coordinate with JSW Steel sales team for order placement for Contract Manufacturing UnitKey Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)• Coordinate with JSW Steel sales team for order placement, MIS reporting etc.• Maintaining of stocks, prioritizing of production, accuracy of billing, etc.• Track production / dispatch performance of contract manufacturers (Pan-India)against the set KPIs• Coordinate Payment to Contract Manufacturers• Inventory analysis especially high age/ non-moving stock analysis at all locations &Continuous focus for liquidation.• Order servicing with Analyse OTIF compliance, coordination to improve the same.Critical TasksEnd to end Order Management and coordination for Production, Quality check and dispatches for unit.Educational Background and Work Experience• B.E/B.TECH + MBA with 5 years of experience in similar field . Steel Industry is MustCompetencies- Functional Knowledge of Planning/Supply chain & Contract Manufacturing preferably in Steel sector - Expertise in SAP & system knowledgeKey Success Factors – Challenges- Proper Coordination with Sales team and ensuring Dispatch and Quality across field team to align to achieve business objectives. - Coordination with HO for calculations and payments to the manufacturers.
