The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of business processes, and assisting in optimizing workflow. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth process management while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Additional responsibilities may include providing excellent support to clients and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities: Proficiency in Operations and the ability to manage workflows efficiently Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication expertise for effective collaboration and client interaction Ability to solve complex operational challenges Customer Service skills to deliver client-focused support Understanding and analyzing client requirements for different Data and Research projects Managing projects independently and delivering them on time with high quality Handling standard documentation and maintaining clear communication with clientsRequirements: 1–2 years of experience in the same field Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Proficiency in ExcelCompetitive salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month Providing Night Allowances Location - Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Onsite) EST Shift - 6:00 PM - 3:00 PM Work Schedule - Monday to Friday Immediate joiner
