Employment Type : Contract. Notice Period : Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, performing data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports. Collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs). Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs. Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability. Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible. Document data definitions, metrics, and report logic. Provide support and training to end users on how to use Power BI dashboards effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling). Strong knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases. Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and effective manner. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
