The role is that of an Executive Assistant Manager, where he/She will be expected to lead and manage various projects, act as a key team leader, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in project management, quality assurance, and effective client communication.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Team Management. - Project Management and Execution. - Quality Assurance and Compliance - Client Relationship Management - Financial Reporting and Analysis - Process Improvement and Innovation with in the Firm as well as in Clients Business.Qualifications & Skills- CA (Fresher Preferred) - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Expertise in MS Excel. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
