This role demands consultative selling skills, an understanding of enterprise processes, and the ability to position AI-driven value propositions to C-level stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1.      Sales Execution·      Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution mapping, proposal, negotiation, and closure.2.      Consultative Solution Selling·      Understand customer pain points in finance, HR, IT, and operations.·      Position AI/automation solutions with clear ROI and TCO benefits.·      Conduct demos, workshops, and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.3.      Pipeline Development & Management·      Build, manage, and track sales pipeline for accurate forecasting.·      Engage with prospects via multiple channels (direct, partner, events, digital campaigns).·      Maintain pipeline hygiene through CRM best practices.4.      Stakeholder Engagement·      Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Digital Transformation leaders, and process owners.·      Handle objections related to change management, compliance, or AI adoption.5.      Collaboration & Alignment·      Work closely with pre-sales, product, delivery, and customer success teams.·      Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and case studies.·      Collaborate with system integrators and consulting partners for co-sell opportunities.6.      Reporting & Market Intelligence·      Track and report on KPIs: bookings, conversion ratios, deal size, and pipeline velocity.·      Share competitive insights and client feedback with product/strategy teams.Qualifications & Requirements1.      5–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS / automation / AI platform sales.2.      Strong background in consultative selling and complex B2B deals.3.      Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.4.      Ability to communicate value-based selling and build ROI/TCO business cases.5.      Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; experience with CxO-level engagement.6.      Experience working with or through system integrators, resellers, or consulting partners.7.      Experience managing GCC/ Large accounts.8.      Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, BANT, or Challenger Sale.Good to Have (Not Limited To)1.      Experience managing HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) daily for pipeline tracking and reporting.2.      Exposure to AI/agentic automation products or intelligent process automation platforms.3.      Understanding of enterprise workflows in Finance (AP/AR), HR, IT, or shared services.4.      Global market exposure (North America, Europe, APAC).5.      Thought leadership experience (webinars, industry forums, whitepapers).What We Offer1.      Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.2.      A collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.3.      Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.4.      Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling global organization.
