More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: Hybrid modeMin:8+ YearsSolution Design Architecture o Lead the end-to-end design of SuccessFactors Compensation module, including salary planning, bonus programs, and long-term incentives. o Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows. o Ensure integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Goals, etc.) and external systems. • Stakeholder Engagement o Partner with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements and align system capabilities with organizational goals. o Act as a trusted advisor for compensation strategy and technology enablement. • Implementation Optimization o Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions. o Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the compensation cycle. o Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements. • Governance Best Practices o Establish design standards, documentation, and governance for compensation processes. o Provide guidance on data security, audit controls, and system integrity. • Team Leadership o Mentor and guide functional consultants and analysts. o Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party implementation partners. Required Skills Qualifications • Experience: o 10+ years in HR technology with at least 5 years in SuccessFactors Compensation design and implementation. o Proven track record of leading large-scale global compensation projects. • Technical Expertise: o Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related integrations. o Familiarity with Employee Central and Performance Management modules. • Business Acumen: o Strong understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and incentive programs. o Ability to align technology solutions with business strategy. • Leadership Communication: o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. o Ability to influence and drive decisions at senior leadership levels.
