Greetings from Sloka IT SolutionsJob Title - SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – eWMJob Location - Bangalore, IndiaDuration - Minimum of a year, and it can be extendedWorkplace type - WFH (Monthly, 1 week needs to report to the Bangalore client office)Experience - 10+ yearsTechnical Competencies:Around 10 years of SAP experience as functional consultant on complex and multiple projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP S/4 – EWM with hands-on experience on the followingareasat least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP EWMSubject matter expert with supply chain processes for warehousing, distribution andtransportationCompletion of 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in a warehouse environmentCompletion of 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environmentEWM experience with Inbound and Outbound processesEWM experience with Packaging SpecificationsStrong integration experience between EWM-PP and EWM-QMJob Skills RequirementsSolid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Iterative)SAP S/4 Certification/s on Warehouse management moduleStrong ability to handle complex, high profile projects. Complexity drivers include: multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc.Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to define the business need within the context of the project and then translate the need into requirements.Excellent ability to partner in the business change and tackle projects across multiple process domains . Proven ability to lead the overall business analysis effort on large projects which demand multiple business analysts to delivery.Proven ability to develop best practices for requirements gathering.Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or locationResponsibiltyWork with Scrum team to deign, configure the SAP S/4 systemAddress and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teamsOn your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
