Our cutting-edge work aims to disrupt the $100B consulting services in the Private Equity space.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-friendly, responsive web applications and delivering high-quality code. This role requires both technical expertise and a creative mindset to design and implement seamless user interfaces and efficient backend solutions.Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.* Create visually appealing, user-friendly UI components using TailwindCSS, ShadCN, HTML, and CSS.* Implement state management solutions with Redux to manage complex application states.* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript and JavaScript.* Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.* Debug and resolve performance issues and cross-browser compatibility concerns.* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices.Requirements:* Proven experience in React.js, Next.js, and Redux.* Strong knowledge of TailwindCSS and ShadCN for building modern, responsive UIs.* Expertise in HTML, CSS, and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).* Proficiency in TypeScript for developing robust and type-safe applications.* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or backend integration.* Experience with version control systems like Git.* Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
