Senior Atlassian Cloud Administrator

Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Jira Administrator to manage our Jira systems, providing crucial support for our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of Jira and contributing to the development of automation and scripting solutions. Key Responsibilities:Jira Cloud Administration: Manage and maintain Jira configurations (Workflow Schemes, Field Configuration Schemes, Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, etc.)Atlassian Organization Admin Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage and administer Atlassian organizationAutomation Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Jira automation rules, ensuring alignment with team requirementsScripting Expertise: Utilize Script runner or Python scripting to enhance Jira functionality and meet automation needsEffective Communication: Engage positively with team members and stakeholders, providing support and addressing inquiries related to Jira administrationJira/Confluence REST API: Should be well versed in using Jira REST API Required Qualifications:Proven experience for atleast 3 Years in Jira Cloud administration with a focus on advanced configurations and managementStrong understanding of Jira automations rulesProficiency in Scriptrunner or Python scripting to develop and maintain scriptsExcellent communication skills and ability to respond positively to technical inquiriesProblem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to proactively identify areas for improvement in Jira operationsA collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentAble to Support in NA time zone is a plus.
