Microsoft copilot/power apps ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC)

Role Summary Seeking a suitable candidate to support and lead the technology strategy solution design and governance for our Copilot ecosystem including M365 Copilot Power Platform and Copilot Studio This role will help shape our approach to AI agents ensuring robust design standards seamless integration of advanced features and compliant responsible technology delivery The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of M365 Copilot Copilot Studio and AI agent platforms collaborate closely with our stakeholders and enable the growth of AI expertise within AZ Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy Design Develop and own the overall technology strategy for the Copilot and AI agent platform leveraging strong expertise in M365 Copilot Copilot Studio and related AI agent technologies Drive architecture governance and technical direction for these platforms Solution Design Patterns Create maintain and promote standard design patterns for M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to ensure fast simplified and consistent delivery Assess business and technical requirements against established patterns highlighting risks and issues particularly around data and integration Technical Documentation Assurance Own the solution design documentation for Copilot and AI agent platforms providing ongoing technical assurance throughout project delivery to ensure quality and alignment with standards Integration Feature Enablement Evaluate assess and enable the integration of new features and capabilities on the Copilot including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and broader AI agent platform partnering with relevant technology and business stakeholders applying deep technical knowledge of these platforms Governance Responsible AI Support and enforce governance activities related to Copilot and AI agent technologies ensuring compliance ethical standards and responsible AI usage with a strong understanding of platformspecific governance features CrossTeam Collaboration Work with the relevant stakeholders to define evolve and implement governance models for AI agent solutions and platforms incorporating insights and best practices specific to M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Knowledge Transfer Team Enablement Support the development and upskilling of team members through knowledge transfer activities embedding AI skills and fostering a culture of technologydriven innovation with a focus on Copilot and AI agent ecosystem opportunities Ideal Background Proven track record in technology leadership with expertise in M365 Copilot Copilot Studio and AI agent platforms Strong understanding of solution architecture design standards governance and platform administration for Copilot and related Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments Practical experience in integrating new features and managing technical risk within Copilot Copilot Studio or AI agent platforms Knowledge of AI governance principles and responsible AI practices as applied to Copilot ecosystem Familiarity with lowcode or nocode solutions especially in the context of AI or automation with demonstrable handson experience of Copilot Studio features and their governance Experience in mentoring knowledge sharing and building technology capabilities within teams specifically in relation to Copilot and AI agent platforms Collaborate across multiple teams demonstrating technical depth and leadership in Copilot and AI agent platforms with excellent communication and documentation skills
