We are looking for committed professionals who understand that great food today is not just about taste — it is also about ingredients, intention, consistency, and experience.Head Chef – Bengaluru OutletsSalary: ₹60,000 - ₹70,000(As per experience and interview)We are looking for a strong culinary leader with hands-on experience in plant-based food, healthy cuisine, wellness-focused menu understanding, fresh ingredient handling, kitchen systems, costing, and team leadership.Sous ChefSalary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000We are looking for someone with solid kitchen experience who can support production, prep systems, consistency, hygiene, team coordination, and execution of fresh, healthy, and wellness-oriented cuisine.Café ManagerSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000We are looking for a manager who can lead day-to-day café operations, customer experience, team handling, reporting, cleanliness standards, and smooth coordination across service and kitchen.Floor ManagerSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000We are looking for someone strong in guest handling, floor supervision, service standards, team discipline, and premium hospitality experience.Barista Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000We are looking for baristas with strong beverage knowledge, consistency, hygiene, presentation, and service understanding.
