Founding SDRRemote (India) | Full Time | Reports to: FounderAbout Vurbalize Vurbalize is an AI native GTM orchestration platform used by cybersecurity and B2B SaaS companies to convert high intent website traffic into qualified pipeline. We combine autonomous GenAI chat, intelligent SDR routing, deep intent detection, live SDR chat, and seller copilot workflows into one coordinated revenue engine.We are hiring our first dedicated sales development hire. This is not a volume dialing role. You will be the person who identifies the right 100 to 150 accounts, learns their pain points deeply, and meaningfully engages with them via loom videos, LinkedIn outreach and content outreach that earns meetings with senior buyers. Every meeting you book will be with the Founder directly.The RoleThis is a serious product deployed with paying customers. This is not a science project. Which means you will do some serious work and access a clear path from SDR to AE to sales leadership as the company scales. You will be asked to own the top of funnel for Vurbalize. That means account research, persona identification, engagement design, and meeting booking.What You Will DoBuild and maintain a target account list of 100 to 150 high fit companies using AI research tools, intent signals, and first party web data.Identify the right buyer personas at each target account (typically VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, CRO, or Head of Digital) and map their organizational context.Write research backed highly personalized messages to engage - not templates with a first name merged in. Actual research reference specific company pain points, tech stack, or recent signals.Build highly personalize loom videos with a concise, clear, and compelling value proposition.Execute multi-channel outreach: email, loom videos, and LinkedIn. Own the cadence end to end.Book qualified discovery meetings for the founder. A qualified meeting means the prospect fits our ICP, has a real problem we solve, and has agreed to a specific time.Track all activity and pipeline. Maintain clean data on contact status, history, and account notes.Collaborate with the founder on ICP refinement, messaging iteration, and messaging strategy based on what you learn from the market.Use AI tools daily to accelerate research and personalization.Must Have2 to 4 years in B2B SaaS sales development, outbound prospecting, or account-based outreach.Demonstrated ability to write compelling messages and craft loom videos that gets replies. We will ask you to show examples.Experience selling or prospecting into US or international enterprise buyers from India.Working knowledge of at least two of: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Outplay.Comfort with AI tools for research and writing in your daily workflow.Strong written English. Not perfect grammar but clear, direct, and professional communication.Self-directed work ethic. Your success measure will be meetings booked.Strong SignalsExperience at a known B2B SaaS company (Freshworks, HubSpot, BrowserStack, Sprinklr, Salesforce, Zoho, Chargebee, or similar).Track record of booking meetings with VP or C level buyers, not just managers.Understanding of martech and sales-tech buyer personas.Experience with account-based marketing or sales motions (not just spray and pray volume).Familiarity with MEDDIC, BANT, or similar qualification frameworks even at the SDR level.AI SkillsWe are looking for someone who uses AI tools daily to do their job faster and better. In the interview, we will ask you to demonstrate these live. Specifically using AI tool of your choice to:List Building - Build targeted contact lists with enrichment data.Account Research - Quickly build a company profile, identify recent news, understand their tech stack, and find pain signals.Signal Detection - Identify buying signals from job postings, funding announcements, tech stack changes, or leadership transitions using AI assisted research.Personalize At Scale - Draft outreach that is genuinely personalized, not generic templates with a company name swapped in.
