About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have production experience as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. He/She will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved. ResponsibilitiesExperience in Managing complex programs end to end including defining program objectives, benefits, creating roadmap, measuring progress and rolloutsProven experience managing diverse project types such as enterprise platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. Exposure to any domains like Gen AI, IT modernization, digital transformation, ERP or marketing technology is highly desirable.Build and develop the global project team to ensure project/product rollouts in different markets, maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigationTo coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departmentsAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirementsEstablish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesStrong capability in forecasting, resource loading and aligning team capacity with delivery timelines. Hands-on experience with change control processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during deployments or updates.Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, quality metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction to measure and drive project success. Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projectsStructure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progressDevelop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchersMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans Qualifications12+ years project management experienceHands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usabilityProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong Client Management and Relationship Preferred SkillsBachelor’s in technology/Computer science or equivalent with experience of working in different multinationalsExperience of delivering P2P/ERP, Vendor Management, Client ManagementExperience/Delivering experience on Enterprise solutionsProfessional certification would be an advantage—including PMP/PRINCE IIPrevious success in producing deliverable software platformsStrong attention to deadlines, team management and budgetary guidelinesExperience developing in-house platforms for internal processesExperience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.
