Required Technical Skills: 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Python (professional or substantial project work) Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service) Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus) Required Program Management & Process Skills: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement roles Understanding of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams) Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, , or similar)
