Our goal is to make experiential learning available to everyone, everywhere.Job Title: Business Development Manager (APAC) Location: IndiaSummaryEON Reality is seeking a structured, process-driven, and disciplined Business Development Manager based in India or the APAC Region to support our expansion across the APAC region.This role is ideal for an experienced, entrepreneurial professional who can build and manage a strong business development pipeline while ensuring consistent execution and operational rigor. International experience—particularly in Western markets, Singapore, or other non-Indian Asian regions—is essential to succeed in this cross-cultural role.You will play a key part in driving the expansion of EON’s AI-powered XR platform across education, enterprise, and government sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand EON Reality’s presence across the APAC region, with a focus on education, industrial, and government markets.Build, manage, and execute a strong sales and partnership pipeline, ensuring structured follow-up and reporting consistency.Identify and secure high-value business opportunities aligned with EON’s global growth goals.Achieve or exceed annual sales targets (minimum expectation: USD 350,000+ per year).Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations, articulating the value and impact of EON’s XR and AI solutions.Foster long-term relationships with key institutional and enterprise clients.Collaborate closely with EON’s global teams to ensure alignment in branding, strategy, and delivery standards.Provide market intelligence from the APAC region to support business and product strategy.Represent EON Reality at regional and international conferences, exhibitions, and events.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, enterprise software, or related technology industries.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding USD 350,000+ in annual sales.Experience working internationally—particularly with clients or teams in Western or non-Indian Asian markets (Singapore experience highly valued).Strong understanding of structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM-driven execution.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a disciplined, results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.Bachelor’s degree or higher education.Multilingual communication ability is a plus.Willingness to travel across the APAC region and beyond.Preferred AttributesPassion for AI, XR, immersive learning, and digital transformation.Experience building or managing channel and reseller partnerships.Familiarity with government, education, or institutional procurement frameworks.Strategic thinker with the drive to achieve ambitious regional growth goals.
