Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities. Ensure safe operation of machinery, equipment, and handling of hazardous materials. Coordinate emergency preparedness drills, firefighting training, and first-aid response. Collaborate with management and department heads to implement corrective and preventive measures. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field. Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred. 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in manufacturing or heavy industry. Knowledge of OSHA/Factory Act/other applicable safety regulations. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Ability to identify hazards, analyze risks, and recommend practical solutions. Proficiency in report writing and record-keeping. Work Environment: Based in the manufacturing facility.
