Qualifications and Skills - Retail Operations experience (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations, including inventory, compliance, and process excellence within a retail environment. - Sales Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to set sales targets, monitor achievement, and design strategies to maximize store revenue and profitability. - Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Advanced proficiency in maintaining accurate stock levels, managing replenishments, and reducing shrinkage for optimal inventory health. - Team Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate diverse store teams to achieve business objectives and maintain high levels of staff engagement. - Customer Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining lasting customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty programs are effectively executed. - Visual Merchandising: Proficient in implementing creative and attractive merchandising standards to enhance the store environment and boost customer appeal. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Capable of using sales data, performance metrics, and retail analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement. - Problem Solving and Decision Making: Excellent judgement to handle operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and take timely business decisions to drive store success.
