Job Responsibilty :- Legal / Land Purchase / Liasoning / Steel & Power Plant Experience Candidates Are Applicable for this Post Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management team on a wide range of legal matters. Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests. Manage and oversee the company's litigation matters, including working with external counsel when necessary. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure legal compliance in areas such as employment law and financial regulations. Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Monitor and assess legal risks associated with the company's operations and provide proactive solutions to mitigate those risks. Oversee the company's corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations. Stay informed about industry-specific legal issues and trends and provide guidance to the company on potential impacts.
