Social Services Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raigarh. He/she will oversee and drive the successful implementation of social sector and livelihood projects, and ensure alignment with client goals. Key responsibilities include Baseline survey, gap analysis in Health, Drinking Water, Education and Livelihood status. Preparation of perspective planning report etc. Creating and managing project plans, monitoring progress, ensuring timely delivery against milestones, and fostering effective communication within the client. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster’s Degree (or equivalent) in Development Studies, Social Work, or related field(s) from a reputed National/ International University/ InstitutionMinimum of 6 years work experience related to baseline survey, community welfare, livelihood schemes, social sector development in Government/Public Sector/Donor Funded projects.
