Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role located in Raigarh. The Team Lead will oversee and drive the successful implementation of projects, guide team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, monitoring progress, ensuring timely delivery against milestones, and fostering effective communication within the team. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster’s Degree/MBA (or equivalent) in Development Studies/ Practice, Social Work, or related field(s) from a reputed National/ International University/ Institution. 10+ years of work experience related to project management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation of government schemes/ projects.Project management and team leadership skills, Strategy including creating and managing project plans and coordinating team efforts effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure cohesive teamwork
