You will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, responsible for resolving queries, offering solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar USA-facing customer support role. - Communication: Exceptional spoken US English and strong written communication skills are mandatory. - Tech Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems (Highlevel), and standard support tools. - Work Setup: Flexibility to work in a remote model (WFH). - Availability: Must be able to work shifts aligned with US business hours. - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
