The organization is committed to building a more inclusive and participatory political culture by empowering young thinkers, communicators, and change-makers.Role DescriptionThe Chintan Fellow will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on various social, political, and cultural topics, engaging in dialogue with diverse stakeholders, creating impactful written and visual content, and contributing to the development of policy initiatives. The role also involves teamwork to achieve shared goals and ensure the successful execution of ILF's projects.Qualifications- Exceptional research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize social, political, and cultural information - Proficiency in writing, editing, and storytelling to create impactful and engaging content - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and dialogue facilitation - Ability to think critically, work collaboratively in team settings, and manage projects effectively - Familiarity with Indian public and political systems, and a passion for creating meaningful social impact - Relevant academic background such as a degree in Political Science, Journalism, Sociology, or other related fields is a plus - Experience or interest in working with communities, civic organizations, or policy-making bodies is beneficial
