Job DescriptionRole: Relationship ManagerChannel: Agency / POSPlocation - Haldia, Kolkata, Arambag, Durgapur, Tamluk, Howrah, Kharagpur, Palashi, Canning, Jhargram, Katwa, Suri-1, Howrah, Kakdwip, RampurhatPurpose of the Role:- Meet and onboard potential POSP agents in assigned geographies. - Service and manage existing POSPs to drive motor insurance sales growth. - Handle partner and customer queries with quick and satisfactory resolution. - Coordinate with the Girnar Insurance HO team for smooth execution of sales and policy issuance. - Conduct offline/online training and servicing sessions for POSPs. - Build and leverage the local agent network for business expansion. - Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. - Take complete ownership of the assigned channel and territory. - Travel frequently within the assigned region, as required.Key Responsibilities:- Managing strong relationships with agents and customers. - Identifying customer motor insurance needs and recommending suitable plans. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Supporting POSPs throughout the policy lifecycle – sales, renewals, and basic servicing. - Implementing local marketing and business development initiatives to grow the agent base.Eligibility & Skills:- Graduation in any stream. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic awareness of Motor Insurance products and processes. - Experience: 1 to 3 years in Motor Insurance / General Insurance (Agency background preferred). - Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to work in a target-driven environment. - Fluency in English and local language preferred.About InsuranceDekho:InsuranceDekho is a leading Insurtech startup providing a one-stop solution for Motor and Health Insurance in both B2B and B2C segments.
