Develop and implement school policies, academic goals, and long-term growth strategies. Ensure compliance with board regulations, safety norms, and administrative procedures. Promote innovation in teaching methods, digital learning, and skill-based education. Represent the school in academic forums, public events, and institutional collaborations. Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification:M.A., B.Ed., and M.Ed.(Mandatory) Experience:Minimum5 yearsand maximum10 yearsas a School Principal or in an equivalent senior academic leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Sound decision-making ability with a problem-solving mindset. Passion for student-centered education and teacher development.
