Identify new business opportunities through dealer channels, field sales, and market research. Develop and maintain a strong network of dealerships across India for farm equipment financing products. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall loan performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the finance industry. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in vehicle loan/finance from NBFC or Banking or Financial Service preferred. Strong understanding of tractor loans/Farm equipment Loan, vehicle finance, sales, finance sales, dealer channel management. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike. Graduation in any Discipline proficiency in local language
