Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Feedback Executive to interact with customers and collect feedback about their experience. The role involves guiding customers to share their reviews on platforms like Google and ensuring a positive customer interaction. Key Responsibilities - Connect with customers (in-person / phone / WhatsApp) to request feedback - Guide customers on posting reviews on Google Maps - Maintain daily records of customer interactions and reviews collected - Follow up with customers politely for pending feedback. - Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner Requirements - Basic communication skills (Hindi/English) - Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality - Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps like WhatsApp - Ability to handle customers politely - Freshers are welcome Preferred Skills - Experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to meet daily/weekly targets -Own Vehicle to commute Salary & Benefits - Performance-based incentives - - Flexible working hours
