Job DescriptionTechnical WriterPune (Hybrid) • 4–6 Years• Full-time •Product & DocumentationAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to own the end-to-end documentation experience for the healthcare platform, an AI-driven, enterprise-grade ecosystem. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear, accurate, and engaging content that enables users to effectively leverage platform capabilities.From in-app guidance to structured help centres and developer documentation, you will play a key role in shaping how knowledge is created, consumed, and scaled across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, write, and maintain high-quality documentation including:User guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base contentAPI references, SDK documentation, and developer guidesDesign and publish in-app onboarding flows, product tours, and contextual help to improve feature adoption using UserPilotBuild and manage structured, reusable content using MadCap Flare, following topic-based authoring and single-sourcing best practicesCreate video walkthroughs and visual guides using Guidde for better user understandingLeverage Claude to accelerate content drafting, summarisation, and quality improvementsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to document APIs, integrations, and technical workflowsEstablish and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and governance practicesManage documentation lifecycle including versioning and alignment with product releasesGather feedback from users, support, and product teams to continuously improve documentation qualityContribute to UX writing, microcopy, and overall product usability through clear communicationRequired Skills & Qualifications4-6 years of experience in technical writing within SaaS or enterprise software environmentsStrong proficiency in structured documentation tools like MadCap Flare.Experience creating in-app guidance or in-application workflows using tools like UserPilot or equivalentExcellent command of English with a clear, concise, and user-first writing styleExcellent knowledge on MSTP guidelinesAbility to understand and simplify complex technical concepts, especially in AI-driven or configurable platformsComfortable collaborating with engineering teams and understanding code at a basic levelStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience working on AI/ML platforms, low-code/no-code systems, or enterprise SaaS productsExperience with localisation and translation workflowsExposure to domains like healthcare, health-tech or large-scale enterprise platformsTools You Will UseToolPurposeUserPilotIn-app onboarding, product tours, and feature adoptionMadCap FlareStructured authoring and multi-channel publishingGuiddeVideo guides and visual walkthroughsClaudeAI-assisted content creation and optimisationWhat Success Looks LikeUsers can independently navigate and use SHC Platform features with minimal supportDocumentation is accurate, scalable, and aligned with rapid product releasesIn-app guidance significantly improves onboarding and feature adoptionDocumentation becomes a single source of truth across teams
