Content Manager

What you’ll be responsible for :Leading and managing a content & creative team — setting direction, reviewing work, and raising the bar consistently.Owning copy across platforms — from campaigns to everyday communication.Bringing strong design understanding and creative judgement to every piece of output.Handling high-volume creative production without compromising on quality.Building templates, systems, and standardisation to ensure consistency across clubs and platforms.Taking full ownership of timelines, delivery, and output quality.What we are looking for :Proven experience in leading content/creative teams.Strong copywriting skills — clear, sharp, and adaptable to different formats.A good eye for design, layout, and brand consistency.Ability to manage scale and speed without chaos.Someone who organizes and streamlines.
