We’re looking for someone to own founder-led brand building and distribution, with content as a key lever.You’ll work closely with the founders to:Shape and scale their narrative and POVDrive outbound visibility (podcasts, PR, collaborations)Build strong positioning in the AI + workforce category, especially in the US marketContent and social media execution will support this, not define it.This role blends strategy and execution, and is ideal for someone who understands that distribution is as important as content, and can drive measurable visibility and inbound opportunities.What You’ll DoFounder Branding & Distribution (Primary)Build and scale the founder’s narrative, voice, and point of viewManage and grow founder presence across LinkedIn, X, and relevant platformsIdentify and drive outbound opportunities:PodcastsPR featuresCollaborations and partnershipsProactively create visibility opportunities, not just coordinate with agenciesStrengthen category positioning for Truein and its foundersContent & Social (Supporting):Own and execute a content strategy focused on insight-led, POV-driven contentBuild and manage the content calendar across founder and company channelsTranslate product value and category insights into strong narrativesManage company social presence across LinkedIn and relevant SaaS platformsContinuously experiment with formats, hooks, and distributionPerformance & Growth:Drive and track:Founder reach and audience growthInbound opportunities (podcasts, PR, partnerships)Traffic and pipeline contributionBuild repeatable playbooks for content and distributionUse data to continuously refine strategy and executionMust Have Requirements:2 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content, founder branding, or distribution-focused rolesStrong portfolio of LinkedIn/X content (preferably founder-led or personal branding)Experience in building narratives and driving engagementExposure to PR, outbound visibility, or partnershipsStrong storytelling ability with clear, sharp thinkingData-driven approach with comfort in analytics and performance trackingUnderstanding of US B2B SaaS audience and content expectationsGood to Have:Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or HR-tech domainExperience in early-stage or fast-paced startup environmentsFamiliarity with distribution beyond social (communities, newsletters, etc.)Experience using AI tools for content creation or workflowsWhy You’ll Love This Role:High-ownership role with direct access to foundersOpportunity to build a strong founder and category brand from scratchWork in a culture that values creativity, autonomy, and impactCompetitive compensation and strong growth opportunitiesTruein is an equal opportunity employer.
