Job Title: Senior Video EditorLocation: Onsite - Koregaon Park, PuneDepartment: CreativeRole Overview:We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 3-5 years of experience to drive post-production across campaigns, social media, and performance content. The role requires a strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end video editing across campaigns, digital content, and performance marketing assetsTranslate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytellingCollaborate closely with videographers, designers, and the creative team to ensure cohesive outputManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting timelinesOversee color correction, sound design, and overall finishing qualityEnsure consistency with brand guidelines across all video contentAdapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trendsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency, or content studio)Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci ResolveStrong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and soundAbility to interpret creative direction and execute with clarity and precisionStrong attention to detail and qualityA strong portfolio of different kinds of work samplesPreferred Skills:Basic motion graphics and animation skillsExperience working in a fast paced agency environmentExperience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brandsFamiliarity with performance-driven content and short-form video formatsExposure to AI-assisted editing tools is a plus
