We blend creativity, data, and platform-first thinking to build campaigns that convert not just look good.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Team Lead – Copywriter who can think conceptually, write sharply, and lead a team of writers across multiple brands and formats. This role is for someone who understands how copy drives performance, not just awareness.You’ll own the creative quality, tone, and consistency across accounts while mentoring junior writers and collaborating closely with design, strategy, and performance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & StrategyLead copy development across performance ads, brand campaigns, social media, landing pages, websites, and emailersTranslate brand strategy and business goals into compelling, conversion-focused copyEnsure platform-native writing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpointsTeam LeadershipManage, mentor, and review work of junior and mid-level copywritersSet writing benchmarks, frameworks, and quality standardsAllocate work, manage timelines, and ensure on-time deliveryConduct regular feedback sessions and skill development reviewsCollaborationWork closely with designers, performance marketers, and account managersParticipate in campaign ideation, pitches, and client presentationsInterpret data insights and optimize copy based on performance metricsRequired Skills & Experience5–8 years of copywriting experience in a digital/creative agencyProven experience leading or mentoring a writing teamStrong portfolio covering performance ads, brand copy, and long-form contentDeep understanding of digital platforms and audience psychologyAbility to write both sharp performance copy and strong brand narrativesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveExperience working with D2C, tech, or high-growth brandsUnderstanding of CRO, funnels, and ad performance metricsExposure to AI-assisted writing tools (without losing human tone)
