Role & responsibilities : Partner with marketing and business leaders to translate business strategy into powerful messaging across events, campaigns and client engagementsDevelop content for events from booth messaging and standees to tent cards that articulate differentiated value and drive on-ground engagementCreate persuasive sales collaterals (flyers, brochures, presentations) that strengthen the narrative from pitch to conversion Digital Storytelling & Brand Voice Craft website and landing page content that communicates our capabilities, thought leadership, and innovation agenda with clarity and impactScript videos that bring business stories to life through compelling narratives that balance insight, emotion and brand tonalityDrive engaging and insight-led social media content, including brand and ABM campaigns, that enhance digital presence and reinforce brand positioning Content Strategy & GovernanceEnsure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging pillars and positioningBring structure and strategic intent to content planning, ensuring consistency across channels, campaigns and audiences Collaborate closely with design, digital and campaign teams to deliver integrated marketing outputs that are on-brand and outcome-driven Preferred candidate profile :8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing communications or content strategy, preferably in IT, consulting or professional servicesA strategic mindset – able to move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and executional excellenceStrong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex business narratives into clear, persuasive messagingExperience creating multi-format content — print, digital and video Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail, brand tonality and editorial rigor What You’ll BringStrategic understanding of how content drives business impact• A storyteller’s instinct backed by marketing intelligence The ability to connect creativity with measurable outcomes• A drive to build narratives that outsmart the future and co-create smarter businesses
