Their solutions are used by large, multi-location foodservice operators to manage complex operational needs such as menu planning, recipe and nutrition compliance, production workflows, cost control, and real-time operational insights.The platform supports mission-critical environments including K–12 schools, higher education campuses, healthcare systems, senior living communities, and other institutional foodservice operations, where accuracy, compliance, and consistency are essential.By combining deep domain knowledge with configurable, data-driven SaaS products, the company helps customers reduce waste, control costs, improve efficiency, and make better decisions at scaleAbout the RoleThis is not a traditional copywriting role.As a Copywriter – B2B SaaS (Operations & Growth Platforms), you will be a core contributor to the company’s growth and demand engine. Your work will shape how U.S.-based enterprise buyers understand the platform, its value, and why it matters to their operations.Although the role is based in Pune, your audience is primarily in the United States. You will write copy that feels natural, credible, and persuasive to senior B2B decision-makers in high-consideration, long sales-cycle environments.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning complex products, understanding buyer psychology, and writing copy that converts—not just informs.Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer & Market Understanding- Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS platform, roadmap, and capabilities - Learn buyer personas, operating environments, and decision dynamics - Write in a tone aligned to U.S. B2B enterprise buyersBuyer-Centric Messaging- Own buyer-facing messaging across digital channels - Translate platform features into clear, outcome-focused narratives - Adapt messaging by persona, use case, and stage of the buyer journey - Maintain consistency with messaging frameworks and brand voiceCampaign & Conversion Copy- Write high-impact copy for: - Landing pages - Paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft) - Email campaigns and nurture sequences - Forms, CTAs, and microcopy - Partner with growth and SEO teams to align copy with keyword intent - Iterate copy based on performance, engagement, and conversion dataContent & Enablement- Write blogs, guides, and long-form assets that educate and persuade - Develop vertical- and use-case-specific narratives - Create sales enablement content including one-pagers, email templates, and objection-handling copy✅ QualificationsRequired- 3-5 years of experience in B2B copywriting or content marketing - Strong written English with excellent command of tone and clarity - Proven experience writing conversion-focused copy (not blogs alone) - Ability to learn complex products and operating environments quickly - Strong storytelling and persuasion skills - Comfortable working within structured messaging frameworks - Open to feedback and fast iterationPreferred- Experience writing for U.S. or global B2B audiences - Experience in B2B SaaS or long sales-cycle environments - Familiarity with SEO and search intent–driven writing - Exposure to demand generation or growth marketing teams - Portfolio showcasing both content and performance-driven copyWhy This Role Stands Out- Your writing directly impacts pipeline and revenue - High ownership and visibility of work - Opportunity to build expertise in U.S. B2B SaaS growth marketing - Collaborative environment with growth, SEO, and design teams
