This role combines content ideation, styling, and execution to create visually compelling content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion sense, understands jewellery styling, and can create content that resonates with digital audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and create high-quality content for Instagram, reels, stories, campaigns, website, and adsStyle jewellery for photoshoots, videos, model shoots, flat lays, and lifestyle contentPlan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and social media teamStay updated on fashion, jewellery, styling, and social media trendsAssist in shoot planning, mood boards, styling references, and visual directionWork closely with photographers, videographers, models, and editors during shootsEnsure all content aligns with Palmonas brand aesthetics and guidelinesSupport influencer and campaign shoots with styling inputsManage and organize styling props, jewellery samples, and shoot inventoryRequired Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in content creation, styling, fashion, or jewellery brandsStrong understanding of jewellery styling, fashion coordination, and visual storytellingComfortable creating content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)Basic knowledge of shoot lighting, angles, and framingAbility to conceptualize content independently and execute end-to-endStrong aesthetic sense and attention to detailExcellent coordination and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with fashion or jewellery brandsBasic knowledge of Canva / Lightroom / CapCut / editing toolsOn-camera confidence is a plusUnderstanding of influencer and trend-led content formatsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing D2C jewellery brandCreative ownership and exposure to large-scale campaignsDynamic, young, and collaborative work cultureCareer growth in content, styling, and brand marketing
