Job Description – Content Writer / Editor Location: Wakad, Pune (On-site) Salary: ₹40,000/month Type: Full-time About Orison At Orison, we are reimagining education by building a research-driven learning ecosystem . We design workshops, research clubs, and content that help students, teachers, and parents go beyond marks and exams—towards curiosity, critical thinking, and true knowledge . We are seeking a Content Writer/Editor who can bring our mission to life through words—crafting blogs, research notes, brochures, and parent/student guides that inspire and inform. Key Responsibilities Write and edit blogs, research-based articles, and newsletters . Create student and parent-friendly guides that simplify complex ideas. Develop content for workshops, brochures, and pitch decks . Edit and proofread all written materials for clarity, style, and impact. Collaborate with educators, designers, and the BD team to create meaningful stories. Bring in perspectives from philosophy, psychology, literature, and ancient Indian wisdom to enrich content. Requirements Graduate degree in Philosophy, Psychology, Liberal Arts, or English Literature . Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus). Ability to adapt tone for students, parents, educators, and institutional partners . Familiarity with research-based writing and academic content . Knowledge of ancient Indian wisdom, texts, or cultural philosophy is a strong bonus. Passion for education innovation and research-first learning .
